About The Event

How do leaders make sound decisions when the signals are mixed and the way forward is still unfolding?

Join Piyush Gupta, former CEO of DBS Group, for an insightful fireside conversation on what it takes to lead effectively through complexity and ambiguity.

Drawing on his leadership experience, the conversation will explore how leaders distinguish signal from noise, balance conviction with the willingness to change course, and lead with clarity as circumstances evolve.

This event is an Action Learning Project developed by 2026 SGLN Fellows Azmul Haque, Chelsea Ling, Manoj Miyogi, Rachel Lim, Sebastian Heng, Shu Ying and Pirakash T, aimed at exploring the judgement, adaptability and decision-making capabilities required of leaders navigating an increasingly uncertain world.
