SGLN is a national movement aimed at preparing Singaporeans for global leadership roles. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and proudly managed by the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), we are fostering a strong network of leaders shaping Singapore’s future. Leadership Dialogue with Jim-Heng Lee

Jim-Heng Lee is an outstanding Singaporean business leader who was most recently the global CEO of a multi-billion dollar Zurich-listed company with over 15,000 employees in more than 50 countries around the world. He shared his personal story of how his global leadership journey took root, from his early school days in Singapore to his rapid progression in his career, venturing out to China and then to Switzerland. He offered authentic tips on how he used his Singapore roots to his advantage, and how he had to adapt as he moved to new environments.
