SGLN is a national movement aimed at preparing Singaporeans for global leadership roles. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and proudly managed by the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), we are fostering a strong network of leaders shaping Singapore’s future. All are welcomed to join us on our mission in building a dynamic and vibrant community of leaders who excel globally.

SGLN Fellowship

The SGLN Fellowship is a prestigious leadership development programme for mid-to-senior level Singaporean leaders. It is designed to prepare participants for global leadership roles, with a focus on general management and leadership in a global setting.

Overseas Transition Support

The Overseas Transition Support (OTS) is a bespoke structured programme designed to equip professionals for overseas market success. It is available to Singaporeans/PRs intending to work overseas as well as those who have already secured their overseas roles with their companies.

SGLN Launchpad

The SGLN Launchpad is designed to equip aspiring mid-level leaders who are Singapore citizens/PRs with the capabilities, community support, and confidence to take on regional or global leadership roles.

SGLN Industry Interest Groups

The SGLN Industry Interest Groups (SIIG) aims to equip Singaporean leaders with the skills, networks, and global exposure needed to take on senior roles and shape the future of their industries.

Community Mentoring

At SGLN, our mentoring programmes foster the professional and personal development of Singaporean leaders within the network. This is done by facilitating meaningful 1:1 connections between mentors and mentees, fostering social capital and supporting their leadership journeys.

SGLN Ambassadors

SGLN Ambassadors play an important volunteer role by actively engaging the SGLN community and being ardent promoters of the SGLN mission. They maintain and foster strong connections between members in the SGLN community and add value to the positive impact for the community.
