SGLN TECH is a prestigious leadership development programme for mid-to-senior level leaders in the technology industry.
It is designed to prepare participants for senior regional and global leadership roles in the technology industry, with a focus on leading in complex, diverse, technology-driven environments.
Beyond the programme, participants become part of the exclusive SGLN TECH community – a trusted network of peers, mentors, senior leaders, industry experts and policymakers that supports long-term leadership growth and influence across the technology industry.
SGLN TECH is part of the SGLN Industry Interest Groups (SIIG) initiative launched by DPM and Minister for Trade & Industry Gan Kim Yong in September 2025.
The Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN) is managed by the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) and supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).

Who is it for?
Singapore Citizens and PRs, preferably with a minimum of 15 years work experience — high-potential leaders already trusted to deliver, and now ready to step into regional or global leadership roles within the next 5 years.

Admission to SGLN TECH is based on a rigorous application process that includes a video presentation, personal essay, and recommendation letter
