Four years ago, SGLN began with a bold ambition: to bring together globally minded Singaporeans and nurture the next generation of leaders ready to make an impact on the world stage.

Today, that ambition has grown into a vibrant community of more than 4,000 members and supporters, connected by a shared belief in the power of collective growth, meaningful connections, and strong leadership ecosystems.

To celebrate this milestone, SGLN’s 4th Anniversary Celebration brings together our leadership community and senior leaders for an inspiring conversation on a question that matters deeply to Singapore’s future:

In an interconnected world, how can Singapore continue to develop the next generation of global leaders?

This year’s anniversary dialogue will explore the different pathways through which global leaders are shaped, from the role of established institutions and stewardship, to the importance of networks, ecosystems, innovation, and new models of leadership.

We are honoured to welcome Mr Dilhan Pillay Sandrasegara, Chief Executive Officer, Temasek Holdings, who will share insights from his experience leading one of Singapore’s most globally recognised corporate institutions. Together with Mr Oliver Jay, Managing Director, International OpenAI, who leads international operations and expansion, the conversation will examine what it takes to build leaders who can navigate complexity, operate across borders, and create impact in an increasingly interconnected world.

Moderated by Mr John Tay, Director of Partnerships & Strategy at Tin Men Capital and an SGLN Fellow from the 2025 cohort, the dialogue reflects SGLN’s belief in empowering the next generation of leaders to shape conversations that matter.
