Savita Iyer
CFO, Disney SEA
Savita Iyer is Chief Financial Officer for Southeast Asia at Disney SEA, bringing extensive international experience across the United States, Europe and Asia.
Over the course of her global career, Savita has worked across finance, strategy consulting, business development, sales and engineering, and has spent more than 15 years with Disney in a variety of regional roles. Her career has taken her from the United States to Sweden, China and Singapore, giving her first-hand experience navigating different cultures, markets and working environments.
Beyond her corporate role, Savita is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and actively mentors and contributes to leadership communities in Singapore. She is also an Honorary Advisor to the Global CFO Network.
Savita holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Clarence Singam-Zhou
Former Head of International Banking, First Abu Dhabi Bank
Clarence Singam-Zhou is the former Head of International Banking at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), with extensive experience building and leading businesses across Asia, the Middle East and other international markets.
During his time at FAB, he also held senior leadership roles including Regional CEO for Asia and Country CEO for Singapore, overseeing international operations across multiple markets and working at the intersection of strategy, growth, risk and cross-border business.
Clarence has spent his career in financial services, with experience spanning structured and corporate finance. Prior to FAB, he worked with organisations including PwC, Rabobank, Macquarie Securities and Temasek Holdings.
Having built and led teams across diverse markets and cultures, Clarence brings first-hand perspectives on navigating international assignments, adapting to different business environments and leading effectively across borders.
