The SGLN Fellowship had the privilege of hosting an exclusive networking lunch with Euleen Goh, Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Management, independent director at Jebsen & Jessen Pte Ltd, and an inspiring trailblazer who has played a pivotal role in shaping Singapore’s global presence. With a career spanning finance, aviation, and corporate governance, Euleen shared invaluable insights on navigating change with agility and breaking bamboo ceilings as a bold Asian female leader.

This intimate gathering allowed our Fellows to connect with industry leaders and gain inspiring perspectives from a leader who exemplifies resilience, innovation, and the power of diversity in leadership.

    Chairman, Singapore Institute of Management, and Board Director, Jebsen & Jessen Pte Ltd

    Ms Euleen Goh is a Non-Executive Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Management, and Non-Executive Independent Director of Jebsen & Jessen Pte Ltd. She is a member of the Public Service Commission, a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

    Ms Goh held various senior management positions in Standard Chartered Bank, travelling widely throughout the Group’s operations. Since retirement, she has held non-executive appointments on various boards including DBS Group Holdings Ltd, DBS Bank Ltd, Singapore Airlines, Aviva plc, Singapore Exchange, CapitaLand, Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd, MediaCorp, Standard Chartered Bank Thai and Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia. She is the former Chairman of SATs Ltd, former Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Shell plc, former Chairman of Singapore International Foundation, International Enterprise Singapore and Accounting Standards Council, Singapore, DBS Foundation Ltd as well as a former board member of Temasek Trustees Pte Ltd and the Future Economy Council.

    Ms Goh was awarded a Public Service Medal in 2005 and a Public Service Star in 2012.
