Jim-Heng is a Singaporean Chinese seasoned corporate leader with over 30 years of experience and a proven track record of growing multinational businesses with deep expertise within B2B and B2B2C environments.
Educated in Singapore and the United Kingdom, Jim-Heng has lived and worked in Singapore, England, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai and is currently based in Zurich, Switzerland. He is also a Certified Public Accountant by training with a proven track record in financial and team performance
Jim-Heng currently serves as Advisor to dormakaba Holding AG, a global security group based in Switzerland, after leading the company as Group Chief Executive Officer from 2021 to 2023. Before his CEO role, he served as Chief Operating Officer, at Access Solution Asia Pacific from 2014 to 2021.
