Eligibility & Application
- Singaporeans and PRs
- Preferably a minimum of 10 years of work experience, mid-to-senior leadership level
- Overseas work experience will be an advantage
- Availability to attend all compulsory programme components
- Executives currently in or identified with potential and strong aspirations to take on regional or global leadership roles in the supply chain industry within the next five years
- Open to both company-nominated and self-nominated applicants, with priority given to the former
- Applicants should be working in the supply chain industry or in supply chain roles (but not limited to): Senior Manager / Director / VP or Head of Supply Chain, Senior Manager / Director / VP of Logistics or Distribution, Head of Procurement / Strategic Sourcing, Director of Operations / Manufacturing, Head of Planning (demand planning, S&OP, inventory planning), Director of Warehousing & Fulfilment, Head of Fleet / Transportation Management, Director of Trade Compliance / Customs, Chief Supply Chain Officer or Chief Operating Officer (with supply chain remit)
Commitment Expectations

Compulsory Attendance for all Sessions
- 5 in-person leadership modules
- 3 sessions of Industry in Action
- 1 session of Supply Chain Solutions Lab + Masterclass
- Supply Chain Futures Summit and Graduation
- Company-nominated participants are required to participate in the evaluation of programme effectiveness, and also secure the commitment of their Supervisor or HR to do the same
- Self-nominated participants are required to participate in the evaluation of programme effectiveness
- The fee for SGLN Supply Chain is S$10,000 per participant. However, participants for Run 1 will be fully sponsored.
- Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and successful applicants will be notified by 30th August 2026.

Video Presentation

One essay (up to 300 words)- Let us know why you should be considered for the SGLN Supply Chain Leaders Programme and what you hope to get out of the programme.

Recommendation Letter
One recommendation letter is required – either from a current supervisor or senior management in your company.
Referees must address the following 2 guiding prompts in their recommendation letters:
- Tell us how you know the applicant and in what capacity you have worked with them (e.g., in what role, how many years).
- From your perspective, does this applicant have the potential to take on a global or regional leadership role within the supply chain industry in the next five years? Please elaborate and share specific examples of the applicant’s qualities and potential.
