OTS is not a job placement programme, but it supports your professional success overseas by helping you build networks, strengthen your mindset and leadership confidence, and connect with like-minded peers.

Feel free to register for the OTS, nevertheless. While priority is accorded to those who have already secured their overseas roles, we will review each application that comes based on its merit in relation to the goals and objectives of the programmes.

OTS is an initiative by the Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN), which is managed by the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI). It is directly supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Singapore Global Network (SGN), with additional whole-of-government backing as mentioned by the Minister of Manpower and the Budget 2025 and the subsequent Committee of Supply debates.
