Eligibility & Registration
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs).
- Priority will be given to applicants with a secured long-term overseas role.
Commitment Expectations
Participants are required to complete a core onboarding component of the programme. This will take place through either:
• the 1-day, in-person BeyondSG Module, or
• a designated virtual onboarding touchpoint for participants already based overseas
Once enrolled to the OTS programme, confirmed participants will have free and full access to the core programme which is designed to equip participants with the mindset, network, and tools needed to thrive globally by supporting their professional development before, during, and after expatriation.
The core programme includes:
• A 1-day in-person BeyondSG module* before relocation, which includes:
• Leadership training delivered by prominent business leaders
• Dialogue with global Singapore leaders on their experience working abroad
• Networking dinner with others going abroad and business leaders with overseas experience
• [For those already based overseas] An online facilitated virtual onboarding touchpoint with other fellow overseas-based participants
• Access to curated online resources and community engagements, both virtual and in-person, while abroad
• Ongoing virtual professional development opportunities organised by SGLN
• Access to a dedicated and growing global network of like-minded peers and professionals
• A 1-day SGLN Global Village that promotes global understanding through knowledge sharing and interactive experiences
