Eligibility & Registration
- Singapore citizens and PRs
- Professionals with 5–10 years of work experience
- Currently in mid-level roles with aspirations for regional or global leadership
- Demonstrated interest in leadership development and peer learning
- Open to both self-nominated and company-nominated applicants
Commitment Expectations
- Full-day attendance at the Ignite Leadership Module is compulsory
- Participation in all 4 of the SGLN Hangouts (2 hours each) is required
- Each participant must attend a 2-hour preparation session, teach one virtual sharing session and attend two other virtual sharing sessions
- Attendance at the annual SGLN Learning Festival is strongly encouraged
- Post-programme, participants are encouraged to stay active in the SGLN community (e.g. as facilitators or alumni contributors)

The fee for each six-month run of the SGLN Launchpad programme is S$5,000 (subject to GST).
