The SGLN Launchpad comprises two distinct six-month leadership development programmes, each focused on different dimensions of global leadership
Designed for aspiring mid-level professionals, the programmes build the capabilities, community support, and confidence needed to take on regional or global leadership roles.
The Launchpad experience emphasises real-world learning through in-person leadership modules, professionally facilitated leadership circles, a leadership roundtable with senior business leaders, and virtual sharing sessions where participants design and facilitate high-impact learning sessions for the wider SGLN community.
SGLN is managed by the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) and supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).
