The SGLN Industry Interest Groups (SIIG) aims to equip Singaporean leaders with the skills, networks, and global exposure needed to take on senior roles and shape the future of their industries.
SIIG is a flagship initiative supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) to strengthen Singapore’s leadership pipeline in industries such as Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing and Energy & Chemicals, with more to follow. This annual, cohort-based programme will be co-created with and for each industry.
Anchored in real-world projects and overseas immersions, the programme combines leadership forums with influential industry leaders, and Communities of Practice that generate actionable solutions for industry-wide issues.

Open to Singaporean Citizens and PRs with over 10 years of work experience, identified as high-potential employees on the leadership track within their sector.
A co-created 5 to 7-day custom leadership programme, anchored by a 3-4 day overseas immersion where participants gain first-hand exposure to industry best practices and global innovation hubs.
