What is Coaching?
Coaching is a structured, thought-provoking partnership to support leaders in gaining deeper self-awareness, unlocking their potential, and navigating complex leadership challenges with greater clarity. It’s a space to slow down, zoom out, and think strategically about your overseas transition with professional certified coaches — someone who’s fully in your corner, but not in your chain of command.
Coaching serves as a powerful bridge between reflection and action by supporting leaders in translating insights into impactful action, applying it meaningfully in their current roles, and navigating emerging leadership challenges with confidence and clarity.
Common Coaching Focus Areas Include:
- Strengthening leadership presence
- Navigating role and cultural transitions
- Managing complexity and ambiguity
- Improving stakeholder alignment and relationships
- Retention and assignment success
- Preparation for future global roles
Our Coach Panel — What Coaches Can I Expect to Work With?
Participants will be given access to a curated panel of coaches and can independently select the coach who best aligns with their leadership needs and development goals. The panel has been thoughtfully created to match the leadership level and aspirations of SGLN programme participants.
All coaches are certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or hold an equivalent qualification. They bring a wealth of leadership experience and a strong track record of coaching senior leaders across diverse sectors and geographies, to provide meaningful growth and transformation support.
