Anthology: The Resilience Blueprint
Published 11 August 2026
What does resilient leadership look like when it is genuinely tested?
Developed as an Action Learning Project by a group of 2026 SGLN Fellows, The Resilience Blueprint explores this question through the lived experiences of 14 leaders across the private, public and social sectors.
Rather than focusing on theoretical frameworks, the anthology brings together personal reflections on difficult decisions, moments of uncertainty and the experiences that shaped how these leaders approach resilience.
Across 14 short chapters, contributors reflect on experiences ranging from navigating national crises and organisational transformation to recovering from setbacks, staying anchored in one’s values and learning to lead oneself first.
Each chapter stands alone and takes approximately 5–10 minutes to read.
Voices Behind The Resilience Blueprint
14 leaders across Singapore’s private, public and social sectors share the experiences that shaped how they lead through uncertainty and change.
