Vikram Cardozo

Vikram is the Head of People, Asia & Middle East, HSBC , where he oversees the people strategy for one of the world’s largest financial institutions. He is a thought leader in organisational culture and talent mobility, with a specific focus on developing future-ready leadership pipelines. Vikram’s HR leadership includes 5 years as CHRO at Toll Group and over 20 years at GE in Japan, Malaysia, China, USA, Thailand, India and Singapore. He has served as a Mentor for the SGLN Fellows, spoken at the SGLN Fellowship and helped extensively in the build-up of the first SGLN Fellowship and subsequent ones as a member of the Curriculum Panel.
