Jim-Heng Lee

The immediate past Group CEO of dormakaba AG, Jim-Heng is a rare example of a Singaporean leader who has helmed a major European-listed multinational. Now serving on various advisory boards, he brings a “global-at-the-top” perspective and a deep commitment to mentoring the next generation of high-impact leaders. Jim-Heng was a speaker at the first SGLN Fellowship in 2024, and at the first Overseas Transition Support programme in 2025. He has also headlined a community event for SGLN as our key speaker and served as a Mentor for the SGLN Fellows.
