Ian Wong

Ian is the Managing Director and Group Head of International Management at UOB, where he oversees the bank’s strategic growth across its global footprint of 19 markets. With deep expertise in regional integration and cross-border banking, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening Singapore’s position as a premier international financial gateway. Ian is responsible for UOB being a Strategic Partner of SGLN and brought world-renowned leadership coach Marshall Goldsmith to Singapore where he spoke to the SGLN community. Ian has spoken at HCLI’s HR Leaders Programme on a number of occasions and the SGLN Fellowship. He has also hosted a group of SGLN Fellows at the UOB office in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and served as a Mentor for the SGLN Fellows.
