Connie Heng

Connie is the Regional Managing Partner for Asia Pacific at global law firm Clifford Chance and a member of the firm’s Global Executive Leadership Group. She is one of the most senior Singaporean leaders in an international law firm. Based in Hong Kong, she manages the firm’s Asia Pacific business across seven offices and more than 500 lawyers, with responsibility for regional strategy, growth and client relationships. With over 25 years’ experience, Connie is a leading capital markets lawyer and previously served as the firm’s Head of Capital Markets for Asia Pacific, advising governments, financial institutions and corporates on complex cross‑border transactions. She is a board member of SMRT Corporation Ltd and The Karen Leung Foundation, and is a strong advocate for leadership development and inclusion. Connie is as a mentor for the SGLN Fellows.
