Sarah Lai En

Sarah Lai is the Senior Manager of the Singapore Industry Interest Groups (SIIG) at the Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN), where she leads sector engagement and programme development for industry-led leadership initiatives in partnership with EDB and key industry stakeholders. 
 
She brings over 7 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, management, and brand strategy across both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. With a background in building and scaling businesses, Sarah combines creative agility with structured business execution to drive impact across diverse industries. 
 
She holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), with a focus on innovation, leadership, and strategic growth. Passionate about leadership and human-centered innovation, Sarah now supports the development of sector-based leadership communities under SGLN’s national platform.
