Rebecca Raja Kumar

Rebecca leads the SGLN Launchpad programme. She oversees all aspects of Launchpad, including programme design, delivery, marketing, budgeting and building an engaged participant community. 

Rebecca holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from University College London. Prior to joining SGLN, she worked at a sustainability consultancy that partners with clients in the hospitality sector to achieve global sustainability accreditation, a fast-growing priority in Singapore aligned with the SG Green Plan. Passionate about helping more Singaporeans build impactful regional and global careers, Rebecca believes leadership development can unlock our boldest ambitions.
