Lindy Heng

Lindy heads the Overseas Transition Support (OTS) programme, leading its end-to-end strategy from concept to launch. As a certified coach and founder of Jump Mentors, Lindy is deeply committed to empowering individuals to lead with clarity and purpose. Through her work at OTS, she channels this passion at scale — helping people navigate complex professional transitions and thrive across borders. 

With over 15 years of experience spanning government, tech, and startups, Lindy has held strategy and business development roles at organisations such as the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), Meta, and Expedia Group. Her extensive experience working overseas and leading global teams has given her a deep appreciation for the opportunities and challenges that come with international career moves. 

Lindy holds a MEng in Engineering Management from Columbia University, USA and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, USA.
