Himmat Singh

Himmat heads the SGLN TECH programme, where he helps leaders in the Tech industry navigate technological disruption, innovation, and transformation in an increasingly complex global environment. Drawing on more than three decades of experience across technology, healthcare, and education, he brings a practitioner’s perspective to leadership development, combining strategic thinking with operational execution.

As a business leader, investor, mentor, and educator, Himmat is passionate about helping individuals turn ideas into action and potential into impact. He believes that leadership is ultimately about enabling others to become the best version of themselves — a philosophy he affectionately describes as his “Kung Fu Panda” approach to coaching and mentoring.

Himmat currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at SP Jain School of Global Management, where he designs and delivers programmes on Leadership, Business Acumen, and Entrepreneurship for Executive MBA and undergraduate students.

Beyond education, Himmat serves on the Board of LM Instruments S.A., where he provides strategic and governance oversight and chairs the Finance & Strategy Committee. Throughout his career, including leadership roles at CrimsonLogic and other organisations, he has led business growth, digital transformation, strategic partnerships, and innovation initiatives across the public sector, healthcare, financial services, and technology industries.

Himmat holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a LEAD Certificate from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He enjoys exchanging ideas, mentoring emerging leaders, and collaborating with professionals who are passionate about driving meaningful change through technology, leadership, and innovation.
