Goh Jing Rui

Jing Rui oversees the SGLN Fellowship and leads strategic partnerships at SGLN.  He is responsible for deepening relationships with fellows, mentors and strategic partners, ensuring the continued strength of SGLN’s leadership community.  

Jing Rui graduated from Singapore Management University (SMU) in 2025 with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Strategy. While Jing Rui may not have graduated summa cum laude, he is definitely summa cum LOUD. His energy, presence, and ability to bring people together make him a natural fit to lead SGLN’s flagship Fellowship programme, shaping the participant experience while ensuring that mentors, partners, and strategic stakeholders remain actively engaged and connected throughout their SGLN journey. 

Prior to joining SGLN, Jing Rui founded and ran three businesses: a consultancy supporting international expansion into Southeast Asia, a data transformation firm for enterprises and SMEs, and an AI innovation company focused on enterprise solutions. His entrepreneurial background and passion for community building position him well to champion Singapore’s next generation of global leaders.
