Dr. Swapna Dayanandan

Dr. Swapna Dayanandan is the Chief Learning Advisor to SGLN, HCLI. She leads the design of SGLN’s flagship programmes including the prestigious SGLN Fellowship, working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, including HR and business leaders in developing and designing these programmes.

Dr. Swapna Dayanandan is also the CEO and Founder of Joy in Living Aged Care Services Pte Ltd, a startup providing geron-technology and eldercare innovative solutions to tackle the ageing opportunities in Singapore and globally. She also heads the Smart Healthcare Workgroup of the Smart Cities Network.

Prior to starting her company, Dr. Swapna was in a management role with the Civil Service College, Singapore (CSC), leading teams to design and deliver milestone programmes for senior public service leaders and providing service management consultancy services for public sector agencies. She is the recipient of two National Day Awards: The Commendation Medal, 2018, and the Long Service Medal, 2021.
