Darshana Rajaram

Darshana leads the development of the SGLN Industry Interest Groups Programme. She brings over 20 years of global leadership experience across technology, logistics, and entrepreneurship, having worked across the full spectrum—from scaling early-stage startups to leading transformation in global multinationals. 

With deep expertise in building high-performing, cross-cultural teams, Darshana is passionate about advancing Singapore’s leadership pipeline for global impact. She has lived and worked in five countries and travelled to over 70, giving her a distinctly international lens on leadership development.  

Darshana is a 2025 SGLN Fellow and holds an Executive MBA from Nanyang Business School and BI Norwegian Business School. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new countries, swimming and is a certified rescue diver.
