Carolina Yeo

Carolina Yeo is the Managing Director of Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN) at the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), where she leads SGLN’s work in building a strong community of Singaporean leaders with the networks, perspectives, and capabilities to succeed globally. She also oversees strategic projects for SGLN, including the SGLN Fellowship, and works closely with key stakeholders to develop new initiatives that support Singaporean leaders in their global leadership journeys.

Prior to joining SGLN, Carolina has close to 2 decades of experience in leading global talent management, entrepreneurship and venture. She has worked and lived in Germany, Austria, Belgium, China and UAE amongst others. Passionate about her mission to support individuals in reaching their potential through different life stages, she founded &ahead, a social enterprise with an AI driven digital career platform to support professionals with mid to late-stage careers transitions. As a mum of 2 girls, she enjoys reading with them, learning different cultures, languages and outdoor sports such as Netball, Squash, and Scuba Diving.
