Carolina Yeo

Carolina is the Head of Strategic Projects for SGLN. She is responsible for the SGLN Fellowship and works closely with the SGLN stakeholders in the development of new strategic projects.

Prior to joining SGLN, Carolina has close to 2 decades of experience in leading global talent management, entrepreneurship and venture. She has worked and lived in Germany, Austria, Belgium, China and UAE amongst others. Passionate about her mission to support individuals in reaching their potential through different life stages, she founded &ahead, a social enterprise with an AI driven digital career platform to support professionals with mid to late-stage careers transitions. As a mum of 2 girls, she enjoys reading with them, learning different cultures, languages and outdoor sports such as Netball, Squash, and Scuba Diving.
