Cindy Tan

Cindy is Managing Director, APAC – Global Clients at Meta. She serves on the APAC senior leadership team and is accountable for the region’s global advertiser portfolio, guides partners on AI adoption and unlocking operational efficiency and commercial productivity through Meta’s enterprise suite of solutions. With over 20 years of global executive experience across eCommerce, travel, media and education including senior leadership roles at Tripadvisor, INTO University Partnerships and BBC Worldwide.  Cindy brings a multi-sector lens to driving APAC growth and commercial transformation. She is an Independent Non-Executive Director, having most recently served on the board of an SGX-listed company as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee, guiding the Group through a period of significant restructuring. Cindy is also the author of Own Your MAGIC, a best-seller on leadership identity and her People × AI × Performance framework. Cindy is currently a mentor and has spoken at several of SGLN’s programmes.
