Lynette Lim

SGLN Fellowship

Lynette supports the SGLN Fellowship and is passionate about leadership development, community building, and creating opportunities for meaningful impact. Through the Fellowship, she contributes to initiatives that bring together emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds to learn, connect, and grow.

Lynette is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the Singapore Management University (SMU) and is expected to graduate in December 2027. Beyond her academic pursuits, she has co-founded and led community initiatives focused on youth development and social impact, working closely with partners across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Outside of her professional and academic commitments, Lynette enjoys travelling and pursuing a wide variety of side quests. Having visited 39 countries, she is passionate about exploring different cultures, broadening her perspectives, and seeking out new experiences. Rarely one to sit still, she is known for balancing multiple roles, projects, and commitments at any given time, fuelled by an enthusiasm for learning, building communities, and creating meaningful impact.
