Eligibility & Application
- Singapore Citizens or PRs
- Overseas work experience will be an advantage
- Currently at a mid-to-senior leadership level, with a minimum of 10 years of work experience
- Open to both company-nominated and self-nominated applicants, with priority given to the former
- Executives with identified potential and strong aspirations to take on global leadership roles within the next five years
- Working across the biopharma ecosystem, in any function (including research and development, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, process development, regulatory, and commercial and enabling roles), and across companies of all sizes, from established manufacturers to emerging biopharma/biotech.
