Lucian Lee

Overseas Transition Support

Lucian is a founding member of the SGLN team since its launch in 2022. Until mid-2024, he served as Strategic Programme Manager, co-steering the network alongside its Director. In this role, he led the strategic, operational, and programme design functions for SGLN, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of its key offerings. He now continues to support the team on a fractional basis, with a focus on new initiatives – particularly the Overseas Transition Support (OTS).

Lucian brings diverse experience across strategy, leadership development, facilitation, and programme management, with work spanning Singapore, the United Kingdom (UK), and Canada. He first joined the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) in 2020, where he led key research workstreams and supported executive programmes. His work often centres on capacity-building for emergent leadership, stewarding multi-stakeholder networks, and translating strategy into grounded, actionable outcomes.

Lucian holds an MPhil in Education, Globalisation, and International Development, and an MA in Geography from the University of Cambridge, UK.
