Playbook & Podcast Series:
Leading Change Through Communication

Published 5 September 2026

Effective communication becomes especially important when organisations are navigating disruption, transformation and uncertainty.

Created as part of the SGLN Fellowship 2026 Action Learning Project, Leading Change Through Communication explores how leaders can communicate change in ways that build trust, create alignment and sustain momentum across cultures, generations and geographies.

The project draws on the lived experiences of senior leaders to explore one central question:

How do we lead global and regional change effectively through communication?

The project comprises a practical playbook and a two-part podcast series.
Episode 1 is now available below, with the playbook and Episode 2 to be added to this page soon.
