Building Bridges: Leverage Cultural Intelligence in a Diverse World

Event

About The Event

In today’s world, understanding and being aware of cultural differences is crucial. This awareness is essential for developing cultural intelligence, a critical skill in leadership, especially when leading culturally diverse teams.

Have you ever wondered about these questions?

  • What is the best way to build trust and rapport with my colleagues and customers from other cultures?

  • How negotiations with overseas customers could be more effective?

  • How to improve communication across cultures and learn to read “no” between the lines?

Join us on 11th July ’24, 4 pm to 6 pm on Thurs, with our panel of speakers to learn about their leadership in navigating diverse cultural backgrounds and leading diverse teams. And learn how cultural differences can impact the ways of working and ways to navigate through them towards success in the workplace.

This event includes a small group conversation too.
