Lim Him Chuan

Country Head of DBS Singapore

Lim Him Chuan is Country Head of DBS Singapore, leading the bank’s largest market. He previously headed Strategy, Transformation, Analytics & Research (GSTAR), driving DBS’ transformation agenda, including AI adoption and embedding new ways of working. He also served as the CEO of DBS Bank Taiwan (2018–2023). Him Chuan’s other senior leadership roles at DBS include being Group Head of Product Management for Global Transaction Services, Group Chief Operating Officer for Institutional Banking Group and International Markets, Risk Management Group and Head of Group Audit.

Before joining DBS, he worked as a Vice President with the Risk Management Group at JP Morgan and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Singapore and New York. He holds an Accountancy degree (Honours) from NUS, completed the Accelerated Development Programme at Chicago Booth, and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Banking and Finance.
Rohit Jawa

Former CEO & MD, Hindustan Unilever Limited
Former Member, Unilever Leadership Executive

Rohit Jawa was the CEO & Managing Director and whole-time Director of Hindustan Unilever Limited.

He was also the President of Unilever, South Asia, and a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive (ULE). In this role he delivered competitive growth in tough market conditions, launched HUL ‘Aspire’ strategy and transformed portfolio decisively to fast growth segments. He has decided to move on to next phase of his career after 37 years of serving with Unilever across 8 markets, with last12 years as CEO of strategically significant markets in Asia.
