Jim-Heng Lee is an outstanding Singaporean business leader who was most recently the global CEO of a multi-billion dollar Zurich-listed company with over 15,000 employees in more than 50 countries around the world. In this dialogue he will share his personal story of how his global leadership journey took root, from his early school days in Singapore to his rapid progression in his career, venturing out to China and then to Switzerland. He will offer authentic tips on how he used his Singapore roots to his advantage, and how he had to adapt as he moved to new environments.
